 3rd Wednesday General Meeting & Holiday Social

     Today's meeting is our Holiday Social and our meeting for viewing member images for this month.

     Location: Sonoran Room at Grand Center.  Presentations, education, and social interactions.  Refreshments served.

HOLIDAY SOCIAL

     Hot beverages like cider and Wassail will be available.  Members need to bring snacks via a Cookie Exchange (NO potlucks for this meeting).  Bring a dozen cookies to share.  Members need to take leftover cookies home to enjoy.

1-Thanksgiving

     Your challenge for this meeting is to show us your photographs taken around Thanksgiving.  Think about:

• Fall/Thanksgiving decorations in and out of the house/neighborhood
• Turkey basting in the oven
• Turkey being sliced
• Table settings
• Loaded dinner plates
• Deserts
• Family moments
• The clean up afterwards
• Naps

     Thanksgiving is a special time for family and friends.  Show us 10 photographs of how your Thanksgiving was this year.  It can be arty or personal and everything in between.

     Your challenge for this meeting is to show us your photographs taken around Thanksgiving.  Think about:

     File Naming convention: First Name Last Name -Thanksgiving (1-10)

2-Fall Foliage

     Some photographers didn't have an opportunity to submit their Fall Foliage Photographs.  Fall arrived late in Arizona and only recently did we have anything to photograph near Phoenix.  We hope you'll add to the Fall Foliage SmugMug site up to 10 images so they too can be viewed by our membership at this meeting.

     In addition Vera Markham is going to share photographs of birds she took while traveling through several South American countries.
