Monthly General Meeting

Presentations, education, and social interactions.  Refreshments served.

Today's monthly meeting will feature a presentation on Wildflower Photography.

Due to our wet winter we should have an above average wildflower bloom this year, maybe even a Super Bloom.  As photographers we can't miss such a rare event so this meeting is the kickoff to photographing wildflowers, cactus and other spring blooms.

John Woods will discuss photographic techniques to photograph flowers, Dan Evander will show techniques using macro photography, and Lari Ott will show us how to get the most out of using a cell phone for flower photography.

This meeting will set the stage for a Grab & Go in March/April to photograph an area, to be determined, which has a big wildflower bloom.  At April's 3rd Wednesday meeting everyone will have the opportunity to show your wildflower/bloom photographs.
