SPECIAL NOTE BELOW
During this meeting, the membership will ELECT Board members for 2023. Officers needing to be elected are the Secretary and Treasurer as well as ALL Directors. All Officers serve 2-year staggered terms and All Directors serve 1-year terms. The Current President and Vice President were elected last year to their respective 2-year terms which run through the end of 2023. The elected Secretary and Treasurer 2-year terms will run through the end of 2024, and all elected Directors terms will run through the end of 2023.
The Nominating Committee will develop a slate of candidates for the election. If you are interested in serving as a Board member, please let the Nominating Committee know. The Committee currently has two members and needs one more for a total of 3. The two current members of the Committee are George McMahon and Mike Blachut. If you would like to serve on the Committee, please let one of the current Committee members know.
