About me and how I started

Texture Artistry: What is it?

     The first class will cover the selections of photos that are best suited for adding textures to your photographs. This includes Subject Matter, Textures what are they and where to find them. What are Layers and how they are used within photoshop to add an artistic flare to your images. What are Blending Modes, and how does Opacity affect our layers and our brushes. I will show you before and after photos to see how you can take a hum drum image and turn it into outstanding artwork.

Workspace

     Learn how to set up your workspace in Photoshop. This will include the tools and panels needed to create your art in Photoshop at home.

Transferring the class material into your personal Camera Guild Club folder. We will create a workspace to use during the entire series of classes that  you can recreate on your own computer at home. 

*Please bring a thumb drive to store your your work and save any class documents. Paper and pen are also encouraged for note taking.

The cost is $7.00 per class for Club Members.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES

Please register below if you are going to attend this class and select “I will go to this event .”  If you later determine you cannot attend this event, please sign into the website and use the same process and select “I will NOT go to this event” so the space will be available to others.
