The Sun City Camera Guild has a very special guest speaker for the October 5th General Meeting.  He is Jeff Kida, and for the last 18 years has been the Photography Editor for Arizona Highways magazine.  His responsibilities include image selection for the monthly magazine, books, special projects, and four annual calendars.

His presentation is on "Creating a Visual Narrative."

He will talk a little bit about his own photographic journey, and since much of it is interwoven with his long affiliation with Arizona Highways magazine (internship in 1978), he will also discuss the work of a number of contributing photographers both past and present.  He will speak to their various approaches and differing styles.  The selected photographers are all highly motivated and always bring their "A" game to the pages of Arizona Highways magazine.  We will get an understanding of what makes these photographers special and unique.

There will be plenty of time for Q & A.
